Taxsutra and CCH India Launch Domestic TPedia - a Knowledge Portal and Discussion Forum on Domestic TP

Social Media platform helps Indian Tax Professionals navigate newly enacted Domestic Transfer Pricing provisions effective 30 November

Taxsutra and CCH India, a Wolters Kluwer business, today announced the launch of Domestic TPedia, a unique and first of its kind social media initiative around the newly enacted Domestic Transfer Pricing provisions (Domestic TP). Championed jointly by online Tax Update and Analysis portal Taxsutra and CCH, this knowledge/community portal can be accessed by clicking onhttp://domestictp.taxsutra.com/.

With the first compliance due date under Domestic TP just around the corner ‒30 November, 2013 ‒ most tax consultants, CFOs and corporate tax executives and managers are likely to grapple with implementation challenges.

Domestic TPedia has been built as a discussion forum for professionals to raise and discuss various issues, share inputs and views on Domestic TP. The technical discussions and legal debates on various issues surrounding Domestic TP will be led by seasoned tax professionals and experts, with active contribution from the Taxsutra Editorial team to ensure users benefit from rich and relevant technical content on the subject.

Editor of Taxsutra Arun Giri said the forum will continue to be active after its November launch so that Taxsutra and CCH India can continue to build a knowledge base and incorporate the experiences of the inaugural Domestic TP season.

Taxsutra Co-Founder Ameya Kunte added that because the subject of Domestic Transfer Pricing is new, there is limited available guidance and so Domestic Tpedia will allow professionals to collaborate in the implementation of the new law.

Thomas Abraham, Managing Director CCH India said this joint initiative demonstrates CCH's constant endeavour to provide value to the tax professionals community and so he and his team are pleased to expand CCH's partnership with Taxsutra to launch this helpful forum.

Users can access and participate in the on-going discussion forums by completing the simple registration process. The best comments and contributions from users will win attractive prizes from Taxsutra and CCH!
